Artist, Wellness Strategist, & Founder of The Brooklyn Wellness Club located in Bedstuy Brooklyn. A multi-cultural, multi-generational, multi-bodied creative wellness hub for us to thrive collectively and be well. Co-founder of the first Black woman owned body positive yoga studio in the USA.
Creative Wellness
As an artist my work centers on using poetry, song, & soulful meditations to inspire healing and collective transformation. For over a decade, I have dedicated myself to crafting spaces where people feel seen, heard, and represented through creative expression, and wellness. My mission is to share my story through poetry, music, creative writing, and more—while empowering others to share theirs.
