I guide artists and creative entrepreneurs in cultivating the tools they need to support their creativity, purpose, and self-expression.

My Story

Hey ya’ll!

I’m Paris Alexandra, the Founder of The Brooklyn Wellness Club and the first Black woman-owned body-positive studio in the country. I’m a Wellness Artist, Yoga Teacher, and Creative Mindfulness Facilitator passionate about creating spaces that center creativity and wellness.

In 2022, I earned my Master of Fine Arts (Interdisciplinary Arts), where I focused on Creative Writing through the lens of holistic wellness and body diversity. My studies also explored community impact through social entrepreneurship and creativity, shaping the foundation of the work I do today. Over the years my work has expanded in September of 2025, I will earn my Masters in Education in Social Emotional Learning, Mindfulness, & Yoga with a Specialization in Transformative Teaching and Leadership. Additionally in 2026 I graduate with my MBA from the Global Leaders Institute.

My work centers on facilitating creative wellness workshops for organizations, companies, and community spaces. As a Creative Entrepreneur in the wellness industry, I’ve been honored to collaborate with companies like NIKE, Self Magazine, Well & Good, CNN, and more.

I’m passionate about creating stories and meditations that celebrate all of who I am, where I’ve been, and who I’m yet to become. My vision is to inspire self-love through reflective writing, mindful meditation, and therapeutic yoga.
